It's the worst feeling when you feel like you're trying it all, but something doesn't feel right...

Your clothes feel tighter, your face looks puffy and you just feel "bleh".

It's so important to know that you can't gain a heap of weight in only a day or two, so if you suddenly wake up feeling heavier one day, experience severe weight gain before your period or just have this weight that hangs around that you KNOW doesn't make sense when you're eating so well... it actually could be water weight!

So, how do you figure out the cause of it and get it to go away?

I've researched this for years, as I've personally experienced the biggest weight fluctuations that have absolutely been water weight. And, in this podcast I will explain all!
