As the festive season approaches, so do lot's of events!

So, how to you navigate the endless amounts of food on offering and not go OTT?

Whilst it's totally OK to overindulge a little, guilt free, once or twice a week, if you've got more than a few events on, you WILL need to be conscious if your goal is to lose or maintain weight this Summer.
