So, you think you have to give up alcohol completely to lose weight, right?!
This is another big misconception that I see all the time, and I am here to change that for you!
When you have this mindset, that you can’t drink ANYTHING if you’re being “good”, it can create that “all or nothing” behaviour that so many women are guilty of (including me in the past!).
So, women like this will always yo-yo because they don’t want to “ruin” their attempts to eat healthy and lose weight. This definitely leads to weight fluctuations and plateaus.
I believe that we actually CAN make room for alcohol and still lose weight.
Hell yes, I’m here to tell you that you CAN still enjoy your favourite wine, whilst on your quest to reach (and maintain) your weight loss goals.
