Naturally feel like eating a little more and moving a little less in the cooler months?

 

You're not alone, but it's the perfect recipe for easy weight gain to creep on up!

 

That extra chocolate, wine and cheese can veryyy easily add more calories to your day and before you know it, you come out of hibernation 5 kgs heavier .

 

Then, holy moly, Summer is coming and all of a sudden you have even MORE weight to lose - but in a small time frame which is rarely sustainable. So, why not prevent that weight gain so that you’re not so stressed this year as Summer approaches?

 

If Summer always seems to be your goal, it’s important to actually start focussing on that NOW.

 

Instead of perhaps focusing on weight loss this winter, why not just make a few small tweaks to your life to prevent the weight again, remain weight, and make it easier on yourself?
